STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

The Syclones fan blade features specialized internal reinforcement with two connected reinforcement ribs and four independent reinforcement ribs, creating a lightweight structure with enhanced fracture resistance.

Assembly Technology: The E-shaped reinforcement ribs exhibit controlled deformation during assembly. When secured with fasteners, the ribs flex slightly to ensure secure connection between mounting hardware and blade sections while maintaining structural integrity throughout the blade assembly.

Beam Connection Assembly

The Syclones mounting system features 8mm thick steel plates with precision bend technology and robotic welding, ensuring complete installation safety and eliminating accident risks through high structural load capacity and fatigue-resistant design.

  • Clearance: Minimum 0.3m above fan, minimum 3m below blade tips
