ALUMINUM ALLOY FAN BLADES
Material: 6063-T5 Aluminum Alloy
Vortura fan blades are manufactured from aluminum alloy 6063-T5, providing excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor applications.
Structural Engineering: The blade structure contains two connected reinforcing ribs and four unconnected reinforcing ribs, making the blades lightweight and more resistant to breakage.
Assembly Technology: When blades are connected to the hub and fastened with nuts and caps, the two E-shaped reinforcing ribs have controlled deformation capacity. When subjected to tightening force from top to bottom, the reinforcing ribs bend slightly, ensuring tight connection between hub and blades while maintaining structural strength.
